Welcome to Concours Devou, the “Concours with a View”. This is set to be an exceptional event with an exceptional setting. Devou Park, located in Covington, Kentucky, affords a breathtaking view of Cincinnati Ohio from across the Ohio River. However, it’s a known fact that the best view of Cincinnati is from the Bluegrass state of Kentucky. Therefore, the theme of this Concours is all about Kentucky.
